Product Description

The pin-type insulators for high-voltage lines are mainly used to insulate and support the conductors in high-voltage overhead power transmission and transformation lines. They are classified into five grades according to the rated voltage: 6, 10, 15, 20 and 35KV. The pin-type insulators consist of porcelain pieces and steel feet (or threaded sleeves), and the porcelain pieces and steel feet (or threaded sleeves) are bonded together with a silicate cement adhesive. The surface of the porcelain pieces is white or brown, etc., and the surface of the steel feet is hot-dip galvanized.
